Size guide
Because vintage sizes often differ from today's standards, we measure each garment individually and do our best to offer you a recommended size.
We recommend that you carefully read the measurements and look through our size guide before making a purchase.
Treatment of the clothes
We make sure that every garment we sell goes through a thorough inspection so that you as a customer get the best possible quality. This means we treat stains, give white clothes new life and wash all garments, with the exception of some jackets and other products that can be ruined by washing, to ensure you get them clean and fresh.
As all the products we sell at Reclaimed are preloved, there may be signs of wear and use on the garments. Therefore, we recommend that you look through all product images thoroughly before making a purchase. Minor stains or holes can be missed by human error, but our goal is for all types of wear to be clearly shown in the product images.

How are the prices of the products set?
We strive to offer our customers competitive prices without compromising on quality. Our prices are based on a careful assessment of each product's condition, marks, and rarity. We also compare our prices with other vintage stores to ensure we offer fair and attractive prices on the market.
We always try to match a price that is better than our competitors whenever we can, so you get maximum value for every purchase. As each product is unique and has its own value depending on condition and demand, our prices may vary, but we assure you that we will do our best to give you a good deal.
Returns & Complaints
Open Purchase – 30 Days
We offer 30 days open purchase for our members. This means you can:
- Exchange your product for another item in the same price range, or
- Choose a more expensive product and pay the difference.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days and have it replaced.
Here's how to do it:
- Start your return
Use our self-service solution through Shopify. Go to your orders to register the return and choose whether you want to exchange the product or get a refund. You can also contact us at hello@reclaimed.se and we will help you. - Choose your new product
If you change to another product, choose a product in the same price range or a more expensive product and pay the difference directly through the portal. - Send the item back
To complete the exchange, return the item in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Once we have received and approved the returned item, we will ship your new item as quickly as possible.
